21media innovations ltd is a Lancaster University spin-out company specialising in interactive systems and applications for Digital and Internet based Television Systems (IPTV).

The company was formed with support from the University's Lancaster Business Creation (LBC) project which assists University and local entrepreneurs to launch their business ideas into operating technology-based companies.

Operated by Dr. Keith Mitchell and Dr. Nicholas Race from InfoLab21's Computing Department, the company's existing portfolio includes a suite of software services offering interactivity, personalisation, analytics and recommendation services for IPTV based solutions. The complete software platform allows integration with any IPTV technology providing a basis for rapidly developing TV based services and applications for web, IPTV, and set-top-boxes (STB).
