Ahoythere.com provides an alternative engagement model: rather than one party chasing the other, one of whom may not be interested, two interested parties meet in the middle.

Ahoythere's website allows service users to make more informed decisions about who they hire to do their work and enables service providers - whatever their trade or profession - to attract business by capitalizing on their reputations rather than exhausting their marketing budgets.
