CLB Coopers

CLB Coopers is a leading North West based firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Lancaster, Bolton and Manchester. They offer a complete service to businesses including assisting with AIM flotations, linking businesses to investors, Corporate Finance, Tax and Accountancy services. They also operate an expert team focusing on fledgling businesses helping them through their initial stages.

Their technology division is led by Mark Sykes, who recently joined the partnership, having previously acted as the finance director of a $1.3bn division of EDS (the major UK Government IT Supplier). He helped recently renegotiate one of their main outsourcing contracts worth £2.6bn. Mark previously worked for a big 4 firm of accountants in Manchester, and worked with a wide range of businesses ranging from Owner managed to fully listed.

Clients include Monstermob, Part Two and Keycom.
