I manage the InfoLab21 Graduate Academy and the delivery of ICT support to SMEs throughout the region. With over 10 years experience providing funded support to businesses, I ensure delivery is based on an understanding of business needs. I oversee all work delivered through the Graduate Academy, working with a team of Technical Officers and Graduate Project Assistants. We aim to help companies by providing honest impartial advice and support enabling them to implement new ICT solutions which will help the company grow.
Much of the support we offer is funded through the European Regional Development Fund and I allocate support to companies through this funding mechanism. In addition, I have developed a programme of support for all the graduates including formal and on the job training enabling them to develop their skills further and become highly employable ICT specialists.
