  • Knowledge of several computer programming languages, platforms and paradigms, particularly object orientation and aspect orientation.

Work Experience

  • Teaching Assistant at Lancaster University, UK including tutoring, lab sessions, marking. Courses: Software Design and Implementation, Java Programming & Tutorials, Assembler.
  • Researcher in PUC-RIO University, Brazil (2009). I conducted research into the fault-proneness of aspect-oriented programming languages.

  • Design and implementation of stock control system for a pharmaceutical company.
  • Design and implementation of a translation portal for a transport company to allow communications between European partners to be sent and received in their native languages.
  • Design and implementation of cost monitoring system to monitor feasibility of products for a Bakery.

Other Information

  • I have a mixed skill set, completing A-levels in Law, Business and Psychology then specialising in Software Engineering since 2004.
  • The last few years I have spent researching and implementing software in a variety of programming languages, spending my time between Lancaster University in the UK and PUC-Rio University in Brazil.
