E-NEXT
The European Network Of Excellence (NoE) E-NEXT has been successfully concluded after 2 1/2 years at the end of June.
The network established a collaboration between more than 40 eminent European research institutions in the area of Emerging Network Technologies. Lancaster was a key partner in the project as member of the Management Board but also as co-chair of WG 3, Content Networking.
InfoLab21 also hosted the E-Next workshop to discuss international approaches to knowledge and technology transfer with representatives from industry in November 2005.
Some of the E-Next project partners (including Lancaster) will collaborate in the upcoming NoE CONTENT.
